We can see some mobile companies open there sub-brand for example- Xiaomi – Poco and Redmi, Oppo – Realme and Oneplus, Huawei – Honour, etc. They do this because they want to cover all the market. There are two main types of mobile market online and offline. Many of us purchase mobile phones online but the offline market is bigger than the online market. Xioami comes in an online market with a different policy that is we are selling handsets only at an online market with low price and best value. Sub-brand is for full feed the needs of all types of customers let’s see with oppo`s example - Oppo is a big brand in the offline market they need a brand that can capture the online market. Let`s see oppo`s full case 1st person which need a low price and best performance he will go for realme and 2nd a person who needs a famous brand`s phone with the medium range he will go for oppo`s handset because Oppo is very big and famous than realme.
